"The entire service was awesome."

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Samuel was an excellent person to work with. His crew were on time, they did an outstanding job. They cleaned up everything. Samuel was there with his crew the majority of the time making sure everything we spoke about was done! His price to replace, the roof, all the boards around and under the roof and paint was lower than other estimates I got to just replace my roof. I am over the moon how beautiful my house looks and the job they done! Hire this crew and Samuel for any job you need done. You will be so glad you did! Thank Samuel"

"He did a fantastic job, taking a horrible old tub that I could not get clean and making it look brand new. All for a fraction of the price of a replacement."

"Fair, resurface left a “orange peel” texture and was hoping a smooth surface, tub change still a dramatic improvement"

"Mr. Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had my 101-year old pedestal tub resurfaced both inside and out. His prices are great, his work ethic and perfection is even better; and cleaned up after himself when he left. I could not be more happy with his work and warranty offered on his services. He is personal and professional. We already have plans to use his services again for other bathroom resurfacing projects. Again, could not be happier!"

"Our bid specified old roofing and paper would be removed down to the plywood. Home inspector later found rotten plywood on the roof; owner admitted they left existing paper on to give us "two coats of felt". They came back, ripped off new roofing from above the rot and replaced the rot at no charge. Trouble is they didn't bring enough shingles, and spaced them out to cover ... this did not look like a new roof. They came out again, and this time it looked like a new roof ... with torn up siding next to the repaired shingles. "Not my fault: siding's rotten ... I'll fix it. What else can I tell you" (You could have told us about the damage and your plans to correct it but we had to find it first.) Rather than bring them out for a fourth visit we paid a remodeler to replace the damaged siding. Jon tries, but I am not convinced his crew cares nearly enough."
