His price to replace, the roof, all the boards around and under the roof and paint was lower than other estimates I got to just replace my roof. STMZ was very responsive, able to get the requested work done in very short order and with quality. Would be happy to work with them again.

It went very well. Samuel responded promptly to call as he appeared ready to take the job on asap. This was after he found loose screws that apparently were not long enough to remain attached to the wood below the metal roof. Screws in many instances would just spin in the hole and would not attach and secure. This was a previous job by Malone Roofing who was paid to remove every screw and replace with new screws with grommet seal and silicone caulk where needed. Video evidence showed this findings. He finished the job completely by 3 days, which means a lot when rains are taking place. GAF coating x 2 coats was done completely sealing the roof. 5 year warranty for the roof and 10 years warranty on the GAF coating, which was used on the Super Dome in New Orleans. Other roofers just wanted to replace the roof, not repair the roof which is metal and is still in good shape.

Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call.

Mr. Martinez did the repair very quickly and competently. Very favorable impression thus far. However, as of the review date we have not yet had a major rain after the repair date to provide a test of its effectiveness.

Samuel was transparent, honest, dependable, and he explained what was needed for the installation of my mother-in-law's roof which was in very bad shape. He sent pictures so I could see the condition of her original roof and then he sent pictures after he had installed the roof. The pictures of the roof look fantastic and I would recommend Samuel to all of my friends and family. His work ethic, knowledge, skill sets its worth every penny. Also, I did like the fact that he was licensed, bonded, and guaranteed his work. His professionalism was up to standard and he provided a contract to us with his signature to keep for our records.
