Our bathtub finish is rusting again. We've contacted Danny, but he has not responded. We are disappointed, as it was supposed to be guaranteed for years.

The job went well and the guys performed a great job despite the bad weather going on at the time. I was glad they were able to complete the job despite the unexpected weather. They are very knowledgeable about their work.

The work was completed in a timely manner, they come when they said they would, and cleaned up everything when they left. We had a small problem with one of the tubs and when I called Danny about it, he was here very soon after and took care of it. I have recommended him to others...

Ever since my father started Integrity Coatings over 20 years ago, he has always told his customers in his tub refinishing training school, "there is no such thing as a PERFECT Reglazed tub, shower or counter top. The number of variables involved in reglazing a unit on location are astronomical. You can have a 99% perfect Reglaze with patients and practice. Tub Reglazing is an art and it takes practice" That is why all my refinishing work comes with a 5 year fully transferable warranty. I aim to please and have been around my coating procedure for over 20 years, so my 5 warranty is not merely a number I throw out to a customer. It is based on solid data and experience.
