Ordered the tub July 20 3023 and itâ  s Jan 22 2024 and still have not received tub. Every time you call them that donâ  t have an answer and say they will have someone else to call you back. Do not buy from them.

Bathtub Liner or Shower Surround Installation and Replacement
I recently had my old tub replaced with a walk in shower. The installers, Phillip and David did a great job on my project, they were courteous and answered all questions I had about the installation. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was finished. The shower looks great and it was done in less than 24hrs.

The work and customer service was good but the sales person told us would be called and informed of the progress of the supplies received. Etc and that did not happen. We had to call to get updates. The installers were very efficient and kind and the shower is very professionally installed. We are very pleased with the end product

Installed a bathtub. Excellent completed job. The two men working were very pleasant and wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the completed job. They were very good at cleaning up when the job was finished. I could not say anything negative about them or their work. Great job!

Just make sure the project includes finish. The work is good, but they built a wall for the shower, and left 2x4 lumber exposed outside of the shower. I asked about it, and they said that I have to get it finished. The job took a really long, day and a half, so if you only have 1 bathroom, be prepared. Update to edit. They came back and screwed Sheetrock over the exposed wood, and the finish is much nearer.

Cane was professional and friendly. He took pride in his work, didn't take short cuts, and took the time to make sure the job was well done. Cane and Terry showed up on time and worked steadily till the job was done. They also cleaned up well.
