No one could diagnose the source of all the issues we were having. And the issue kept coming back. Home Advisor put us in touch with Chris Roeder and on their FIRST visit, they were able to diagnose the problem and immediately put us on their schedule to get it fixed. We are now up and running with no plumbing issues. Chris and his crew were very courteous, always showed up on time, and explained to us all of the issues they were finding and what needed to be done to fix it. They did an excellent job and we will definitely be using them in the future."

"Mr. Was great to work with. He answered my call about my ice maker and stopped off here on his way to another job. He diagnosed the problem as the defroster heater element and ordered a new one on the spot. The part came in and he made the switch. His service call charge covered the return to install the part which was a separate charge. He is the first person I will call next time and highly recommend him."

"Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."
