"kevin was the first company to respond. we made an appointment for early Monday morning and he was on time. he confirmed the cause of the hot water heater problem and fixed it within 45 minutes. his price was right on the estimate and i appreciated his explaining the cause and the solution in clear language. "Mr. Was great to work with. He answered my call about my ice maker and stopped off here on his way to another job. He diagnosed the problem as the defroster heater element and ordered a new one on the spot. The part came in and he made the switch. His service call charge covered the return to install the part which was a separate charge. He is the first person I will call next time and highly recommend him."

"Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."
