I called in requested a recaulk on my shower they installed back in 2016. Office was very friendly and quick to get me a service ticket out to the repair man! They had him out two days later!! He did a great job and was very friendly! I’ve had no issues with my shower and i love it! And incredibly Thankyou they offer upkeep service like the recaulking to keep it looking beautiful!!!

The entire process was a breeze. Everyone in the office is super helpful and quick to get things taken care of. The consultant and installers were very professional and respectful. The install was super quick and I couldn’t be any happier with how my new shower turned out!

The customer service at this company is terrible. Their employees ( especially Shawna and the other female who answers the phone) are rude and incompetent. They will lie and say they will call you back but do not. They will not show up when they say they will to do the work. This has happened multiple times with this one job I hired them to do. They treat you as if you should be honored for their incompetent work and the right to give them your money.

Did a great job in the installation: however, a lady in the office demanded the payment before the job was completed. She told me they needed to make payroll and promised to return the following week to finish up. It's well past 2 months! and when I call to check she is giving me conflicting lies. My advice is to make sure the job is fully complete before making that final installment.

I would highly recommend you do your homework. Still waiting on them to fix a bathroom that they started almost 9 months ago. Parents are elderly and just getting the run around. There is no ceiling panel installed just bare sheetrock and the trim and molding looks like a 2 year old did it. Calls are not returned promises are not kept and they keep saying they are coming back to fix.
