He could not get underneath the house so he sent his high tech robot underneath the house with camera to check everything. We had a rehab project; the foundation of the place had some issues instead of charging us for the entire project upfront (structural inspection report and drawings). Jacob provided great insights, including a structural inspection report; this enabled us to engage with foundation contractors to get estimates for the needed repairs and evaluate if the repair costs made sense to continue with the project or not. "Tim and his crew at Triton Exteriors are awesome! My roof was damaged by a large tree branch during a storm at the end of June. I had used Triton for a roof inspection a few years earlier and was impressed. I got three bids from roofing companies and selected Triton even though they weren’t the cheapest. Tim came out to meet me when my insurance adjuster was here. He was able to persuade him to include more money for damages to the interior and the basement. Even though the insurance company only paid for the back slope to be replaced, I elected to have the entire roof replaced with the architectural shingles.
