Missouri Property Inspections
About us
We are a multi-inspector, full service property inspection company. We inspection both residential & commercial properties. We are ASHI Certified Inspectors, state licensed Well & Septic Inspectors. It’s important to have someone watching out for you to make sure that the home that you’re about to buy is a safe, sound, secure investment. I can tell you from experience that all homes, even brand-new homes, have issues. Some of these issues if not discovered can cost you thousands of dollars once you move in and take possession of the home.

"Thanks [Member Name Removed]. We enjoyed helping you in the home buying process. Enjoy your new home!!"
"Thanks!! We treat our clients like family !!"
"It is unfortunate [Member Name Removed] that your home buying experience was not totally uneventful. Being in the inspection business for 12 years and serving over 5000 home buyers, we pride ourselves with very satisfied clients who often return to us for future home inspections and also refer our company to others. A sample of these happy clients have posted great reviews on Angie's List, acknowledging our company's exceptional quality and professional services. We are always willing to assist our clients if questions or concerns are brought to our attention in a timely manner and take any complaint seriously. Since you did not initiate contact to us with concerns, we made a call to reach out and learn about your situation. I am sorry if your impression was that we were less than professional. Our inspection is a non-invasive visual assessment of accessible components. We cannot tear into the structure or invade it during our assessment, nor cannot see hidden defects. Our company would not lie or strategically take pictures to hide damages of any property, but we would report what was seen. Your inspection took place mid-November 2015, nearly 15 months ago and you closed about 2 months later. Our documentation and pictures confirm that at the time of your inspection, intact roof shingles covered the areas in which you said later found damage. In your pictures, which were taken a substantial time after our assessment date, shingles no longer hiding the damage. It is my understanding that a letter of insurance guarantee is required at closing, therefore, your insurance company after assessing the condition of your property prior to close, must have concluded no property condition issues. Hopefully, [Member Name Removed] you have a better understanding of the scope of our inspection and limitations and wish that in the future good things come your way."
