ARMSTRONG HOME INSPECTIONS

Armstrong Home Inspections did a great job for us. Gary Roark was our home inspector and he was careful, friendly, and very thorough. He showed up on time, walked the property with me, and explained what he was checking in clear, simple terms. He looked at the roof, attic, foundation, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We also added radon testing and a termite inspection so everything was handled by one company. That evening we received a detailed report with photos and easy notes. It helped us ask for a few repairs before closing and gave us peace of mind. Gary answered every question and never rushed us. You can tell he knows homes and cares about his customers. If you are looking for a reliable home inspector in St. Louis, St. Charles, or Jefferson County, I highly recommend Armstrong Home Inspections. We do not feel we received value for Armstrong's services.  We could have done a better job ourselves.

He works thoroughly and found items I would not even think about. I followed him around for the two and a half hours we were in the home and he pointed everything out to me; good and bad. Most important was the roof and chimney (I did not go on the roof.) He emailed me his report the next day as well as a check list for my follow up visit. The seller agreed to fix everything on the list!
