It went very well, if you have a major job I highly recommend him. We did attack the problem by wholesale change-outs, while a piece-meal approach may have found a cheaper solution; but again it might also have run up a lot of labor with return visits and cost even more to solve. Now I'm confident that this plumbing/ hot water heater area is good for the next 10-20 years.

Great. Paul is a one man business but he advised us he would be without water while he was working and gave us an estimate beforehand, and then we set up an appointment. Paul replaced all 5 valves in about half a day. His bill was reasonable, and came in under his estimate. We now have another stuck valve and a flow problem and have called him again. He explains problems thoroughly and while plumbers are never inexpensive, I feel he is reasonable. Paul is now our go-to plumber.

Paul was referred to us through a friend and also the only plumber I could find to do the work as quickly as we wanted. He was incredibly responsive and performed the work timely and professionally.

There were a couple things that irked me, with the new toilet he went on and on about how we were getting an upgrade from the standard builder's grade toilet. I later found out, though, that it was just a standard toilet, nothing special. Also he kept asking me to help him at various points in the process, which interrupted my work (I was telecommuting that day). Overall, it could have been worse, though, and the quality of his work was excellent. Price was high, but in his defense, he quoted me the prices up front and I agreed to them. He also gave me a discount when I complained about said price. I would consider using him again.

I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER COMPANY THAT THE TOILET NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BUT IT WASN'T CAUSING MY PROBLEM IT WAS A DRAIN FROM THE ROOF. HE SENT SOMEONE OUT TO TAKE CARE OF THE DRAIN AND THEY DISPOSED OF THE OLD TOILET FOR ME. THEY DIDN'T MAKE A MESS, THEY CLEANED UP AFTERWARD. I HIRED THIS COMPANY AFTER HAVING ANOTHER COMPANY MAKE A MESS OF THINGS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MISSOURI PLUMBING!
