"This is an exact reason why anyone who purchases from the internet and expects others to solve their problems are out of their mind. We installed a product for this customer that was in a box, and we have installed thousands of pieces of equipment. After it was installed and running the equipment itself was defective and leaked. We went back afterward and showed the customer where the leak was and let them know they needed to contact the company it was purchased from to get a new one. Our installation of their equipment has nothing to do with it working correctly, the leak was not from our installation but from the factory a problem. Had the customer purchased the product from us it would have been under warranty and we would have replaced or fixed it. It is not our job to police products made in china."
