Very knowledgeable . After having several other people out trying to sell us a water softener he was able to fix the issue without selling us anything. Excellent service.

Great business.....We were not satisfied with information or cost given to us by a rep from a national competitor. We contracted Jones who answered all of our questions in great detail. They came out within a couple days and installed a complete softening and filtration system. Everything is working perfectly and for less than the competition. If you have hard water or any other water/air issue your first call should be to Jones Air and Water. They will treat you right!

I was never so glad to answer the phone and talk to Mr. Jones about reverse osmosis drinking water. He gave me a true education! His son came to our home and installed a new system for us. There are many things that set this company high above the competition. First, their product is 'Made in America' and that pleased me a lot. The website, wow water, really explain how an R/O system works. The best part is the service this company provides after the installation. Austin arrived on time, was courteous, knew the product, and could answer every question I had. After the installation he cleaned up everything and showed us what to do with the new system. In addition, this company, Jones Air and Water, does more than install R/O systems. I highly recommend them and will be using them for other projects we'll be doing in the future.

Evert Jones was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a way that we, an older couple, could easily understand. Most importantly, he did not try to "sell" us any extra services. We will use him in the future and are happy to give him 5 Stars.

These guys are very professional and knowledgeable, I had them install a water softener and filter system as well as a water purifier in the kitchen. They did a great job of installing, it was very clean looked good. If your looking for water treatment in your home, I would definitely give them a chance. Pricing was very competitive !!!!!
