"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "I had a problem with a dishwasher install that appeared to require removing and replacing ceramic tile in front of the dishwasher. My old dishwasher would not come out because someone had previously laid the tile on top of older tile. Monty responded quickly, which I appreciated for a small job. He came out and accessed the situation and stated that we'd have to cut out either 3 or 5 old ceramic tiles. Unfortunately they are no longer in stock and he could not guarantee that they would not break when removing them. He then came up with a much better solution. In looking at the old dishwasher, he said that if he could cut the feet off of it that it would likely come out. He had the saw to take care of it and the dishwasher came right out! I was grateful to not have to mess with removing and replacing tiles. Kudos to Monty for the out of box thinking! When I have flooring needs in the future, I will certainly be contacting him."

"We hired Young Remodeling to install a complex and custom pantry near the back door alcove of our kitchen.  We own an old home, so our kitchen is small.  The new pantry was/is designed to help add counter space to the main kitchen area by providing cabinet storage for a microwave oven, as well our toaster oven and coffee maker via a quartz counter top.  We also wanted to add additional storage via 4 custom cabinets.  Special pullouts were designed for storage containers in a lower cabinet, as well as a pullout bar beneath the microwave.  Young Remodeling did fantastic work on all facets of the job.  From recommending vendors, to providing design options, to ensuring quality in the cabinets, counter top, and tile, and of course the install - it was all top notch.  The end result is absolutely stunning. Of note, we would have given Young Remodeling high marks for the work in general, but they get exceptional points for problem solving. We had a severe challenge with one of our door options.  Working with my wife and I they were able to create a unique sliding door solution that actually performed better than the original design.  It looked amazing and didn't add any costs.  All in all, they are just fabulous to work with and their work product is of the highest standards.  We plan to continue to work with Young as we continue to remodel our plaza area home.

"Ryan came out and bid the job. We told him what we wanted, and he made several suggestions. We demoed the kitchen ourselves to save money. We got all new cabinets, cut out half of one wall to open up the dining room and kitchen. We bought the tiles for the backsplash. Cabinet Clad, contracted the drywaller, electrician, and cabinet installer. | |The only negative is that there was never a set time when each subcontractor would arrive on the day specified, so basically, the month long project was a bit taxing, since we had to hang out around here and put so many things on hold. | |The subcontractors were all trustworthy, friendly, and did quality work. |We loved Zach, who installed the cabinets, opened the kitchen by cutting the wall and creating a header. | |Legendary Stone did the granite counters.
