I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "Monte was recommended by a neighbor and we’ve been extremely happy with his work. He has done 4 jobs for us over the last few years including installing backsplash tile in a kitchen, shower and floor tile in two bathrooms, and floor tile in a laundry room and half bath. The largest job was a master bathroom remodel where he did the demo work, tiled the floor and shower area, painted the entire room which included some difficult and hard to reach areas, installed a tub and toilet and put in new baseboards. "We hired Young Remodeling to install a complex and custom pantry near the back door alcove of our kitchen.  We own an old home, so our kitchen is small.  The new pantry was/is designed to help add counter space to the main kitchen area by providing cabinet storage for a microwave oven, as well our toaster oven and coffee maker via a quartz counter top.  We also wanted to add additional storage via 4 custom cabinets.  Special pullouts were designed for storage containers in a lower cabinet, as well as a pullout bar beneath the microwave.  Young Remodeling did fantastic work on all facets of the job.  From recommending vendors, to providing design options, to ensuring quality in the cabinets, counter top, and tile, and of course the install - it was all top notch.  The end result is absolutely stunning. Of note, we would have given Young Remodeling high marks for the work in general, but they get exceptional points for problem solving. We had a severe challenge with one of our door options.  Working with my wife and I they were able to create a unique sliding door solution that actually performed better than the original design.  It looked amazing and didn't add any costs.  All in all, they are just fabulous to work with and their work product is of the highest standards.  We plan to continue to work with Young as we continue to remodel our plaza area home.

"Ryan came out and bid the job. We told him what we wanted, and he made several suggestions. We demoed the kitchen ourselves to save money. We got all new cabinets, cut out half of one wall to open up the dining room and kitchen. We bought the tiles for the backsplash. Cabinet Clad, contracted the drywaller, electrician, and cabinet installer. | |The only negative is that there was never a set time when each subcontractor would arrive on the day specified, so basically, the month long project was a bit taxing, since we had to hang out around here and put so many things on hold. | |The subcontractors were all trustworthy, friendly, and did quality work. |We loved Zach, who installed the cabinets, opened the kitchen by cutting the wall and creating a header. | |Legendary Stone did the granite counters.
