This PRO is a PRO! They provided Excellent and Detailed work on my deck. Always here when they said they would be. Also, they had great suggestions as to color selection and different styles I hadn't even thought of. You won't go wrong hiring Exterior Maintenance KC. (P.S. Stephen came to my home to bid for the job of staining my fence and he was well prepared and had many examples to show me. I was very impressed with Stephen after receiving other bids. I decided on Stephen. On the day of the job, Stephen and Joseph Showed up on time and ready to go. They were here most of the day and did a phenomenal job. I am very impressed with the tone of my fence. It’s gorgeous. I highly recommend these two gentlemen.

In this day and age, it’s hard to find reliable and good customer service. Steven was prompt in calling after my inquiry and after we scheduled the time to come out and look at our project, he let us know exact time frame when he would be there and even .. to my absolute surprise, got the job done SAME DAY!! I am beyond impressed with the whole process from call to completed project!! If I could give 10 stars I would.! The ease of payment was also fantastic. I would say you canâ t go wrong if you hire Steven from Exterior Maintenance KC for any of the work he does. Very easy to talk too and a very friendly honest person. Steven kept me updated as he stained my new Privacy fence, deck around my pool and front porch. He could have easily just lightly stained everything and I wouldnâ t have known the difference but Steven made sure to really put the stain on thick so that it would not only look nice but last much longer than had I tried it myself. I couldnâ t happier with how it all turned out and Iâ m confident that it will look great for years to come. Money well spent!

Absolutely wonderful service! Went above & beyond expectations, and was able to schedule the work within a tight timeframe I had. Service provided was actually deck & patio furniture cleaning - I didnâ t request deck sealing so of course canâ t speak to that. But Steven was very professional, on time, and did the job right
