from the first appointment with Dean, the personality, and the professionalism, truly honest. After discussing the job and getting the bid assigning the contracts, everything moved flawlessly, Dean’s tile man is meticulous and so professional about what his work looks like I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the job especially when they started it one day and I left town with my wife the next day we settled up before I left on the bill and Dean sent me pictures of the finished product the following day my kitchen looks amazing the backsplash and the accent work down on my half wall turned out better than my wife could’ve ever expected. You know when you’re a DYII guy and you look at a job and you go. This looks like too much and you hire the professional I’m a DY guy, but I hired a professional so so happy I did. I’m paying Customer and not paid for this review thank you Dean and your staff.

Just had Deano Tile completed a deck and shower job. Communication and quality of work was excellent! Showed up on time and worked 8-11 hours per day to complete the job ahead of schedule

It went without a hitch, except for the usual unforeseen issues when taking the shower down to the studs. Dean and Antonio fixed all issues encountered. Although Dean was on vacation one week of the demo and installation, he kept in good contact and was very accessible, although it was not necessary. Antonio was very punctual, accommodating, and kept the prep work area very clean and organized all with a smile and either a humming or whistling song. Workmanship was very good and am sure Deano's shower will not fail us like the last. All in all, Dean was a pleasure to work with and would not only hire him again, but he's the kind of guy you would like to have a beer with!

Our 7 year old walk-in master shower developed a couple cracks in the tiled floor. We needed to address both the potential of leaks as well as the poor aesthetics. We entertained several bids and are very pleased that we chose Deano Tile for the project. From demolition and removal of the knee wall (which opened up the shower) to installation of water proof wall board and underlayment materials, the team took their time to ensure both our and their expectations were met. When we came to decision points we were brought into the discussion and able to communicate with both Dean and his guys to make a timely determination. This kept our project on schedule and on budget. Antonio had a clear vision of how best to lay out the tile to maximize appeal while minimizing small or irregular pieces. He also did a great job tying in the new tile, with the existing, where the shower curb met up with the floor and bathroom wall. All in all my wife and I are very pleased and recommend you consider Deano Tile for your next tile project.

We are DIYers and have always done our own tile work, but we had a large master bath project that included a 4.5 feet x 11 feet shower, and our age is catching up with us. We performed all the rough-in work and made it ready for the mud pan and tile, then began looking for the right contractor. After interviewing several, we selected Deano Tile because Dean Smith listened to our vision, provided valuable input for the design, and quite frankly made more sense than anyone else we talked to. We made this decision despite having to wait some time due to him just taking on a large hotel project and, wow, the wait was worth it! Antonio and Louis are masters of their craft. After taking measures to protect our wood floors from the front door all the way to the master bath, they had the shower drain set and mud pan in on the first day. Then came the waterproofing membrane and the shower floor tile, which is a small hexagon mosaic, perfectly centered in the shower space. As they began the large format tile shower walls, they consulted us on starter row placement and gave suggestions for the best outcome. Every cut, angle, and notch is spot on, the shampoo cubbies are perfect, and the main bath floor went just as well. Dean Smith visited regularly to insure the project was proceeding smoothly. Other staff delivered materials as needed so no delays occurred, and all debris was hauled away and the space was left clean. We are overwhelmed by the finished product. Even the shower glass supplier commented on how square and true the mounting surfaces are. Now its up to us to paint the walls and trim for our vision to be fully realized, and we will not hesitate to use Deano Tile again in the future.

Great communication before and during project. Job done on time and without any issues. Refreshing to have professionals do what is promised. Pricing was reasonable as well after receiving multiple competitive bids.

We have used Deano Tile for several projects (entryway tile flooring, bathroom flooring and a full tile shower) in our home and have been very happy with the results. It was an easy process to get a quote, and the work done on schedule and exactly how we were wanting. They did an excellent job of prep work and protecting the pathway to the worksite, and cleaned up 100% of the mess and trash. They also provide good communication throughout the entire process and we will use them again in the future.

Jose Ponte and his assistant are the hardest working professionals I have hired. They were on time, ready to work, clean, neat, helpful, and businesslike. They paid careful attention to my plan and followed through perfectly. I can't thank them enough. Dean is responsive and easy to work with. I appreciate his no BS approach which is informative rather than hard sell. Dean went out of his way to help get my project started quickly. I really appreciate his simple, understandable contract.

Very well, we are very happy with the quality of craftsmanship from Deano Tile. Nervous about the 2'x4' porcelain tile installation and it looks amazing! We will be using Deano Tile again for our basement bathroom later.

This team was amazing!! The designer picked tricky tile with different patterns and they did a phenomenal job of executing the vision! The house and the amazing tile work will be featured on Bargain Mansions! They were complete professionals and having the team in my home while I wasn’t there wasn’t a concern! Dean and his team replaced showers in two of our bathrooms. The guys were great with communication, punctual, friendly and extremely tidy (which I greatly appreciated). I will recommend them to anyone and would hire them again for future projects.

Deano tile just completed our custom shower pan and tile install. My schedule was a little in flux and Dean and I stayed in touch until we could agree on an install date. His pricing for our custom shower was competitive and the quality of his crew’s work was excellent. Dean is a very good communicator and always followed through on his commitments. Deano Tile did a great job on our primary bath tile. Tiled the floor, shower wall with niche and shower pan. Responsive and quality work at a reasonable price. Took the time to work through some of the details that were important to me prior to starting. Would hire again.
