We have used Victory Cleaning 3 different occasions over the last 3 years and have had consistent good experiences. They have refinished our hardwood floors, deep cleaned furniture and deep cleaned area rugs.

Dan does what he says he will do and is always on time. His work is of the highest quality. I have had him work on my travertine floors 3 times over the last 5 yeas and each time the floor looks like new. I am so pleased with his work! I strongly recommend him and his crew! Great professional.

Dan and his assistant arrived on time and they were both clean cut and friendly. He brought several samples of a wonderful grout recoloring product he uses (sticks to the grout, but not to the tile) and applied my color choice on a test tile so I could be sure of the look before starting. Dan was very meticulous during the job, going over everything twice to be sure nothing was missed. Whenever I requested something while they were working, he couldn't have been more accommodating. The end result was a wonderful improvement! I am so happy with the new look of the tile and highly recommend Victory Cleaning Systems. I would not hesitate to use this company again as Dan is a nice guy who is very customer service oriented and his and his staffs' work is high quality. His company offers many different types cleaning/restoration services and I'm sure he would do a great job with any of them.

The work was not the problem...their worker(s) and apparent hiring process was the problem. When the work was finished a men's diamond ring was taken from the nightstand in the master suite. Subsequent investigation revealed one of their employees has multiple criminal convictions for theft. This company hired a convicted thief to be in my home and any other home they work in. What kind of company does not do basic background checks on potential employees? They say they are not responsible for the criminal acts of their employees. Really? Beware. You are warned

"There are always 2 sides to a story, and anyone that is reading this, I would be happy to explain in person or phone about the situation. There are multiple questionable things that happened in the event that leaves me questioning the clients truthfulness and motives. There was never any physical proof to show that anyone ever took a ring from this man....our company or not. Please note that this was from the start of 2015, and no one associated with this event work at Victory Cleaning Systems at present. We have completed nearly 8000 jobs in the 14 years that I have ran this company, and this has been the only time that we have ever received a complaint such as this."

It went okay. The recaulking was fine, but the sealing around the shower and tub was a little messy. I had to go back with a razor blade to trim up some of it but cannot get it all.

Dan and his team do a fantastic job. The tile looks brand new and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victory to anyone. Their work speaks for itself and when others see the tile and grout before and after they are simply amazed.

EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT ON INITIAL INSPECTION BUT A FEW SOAP STAINS STILL REMAIN ON OUR TILE. OVERALL, THE CLEANING DID MOST OF THE WORK I WAS NOT WILLING TO DO MYSELF. COST WAS HIGH SO MAY TRY TO FIND ANOTHER SOURCE. OTHERWISE, I WILL BE LIMITED IN MY SERVICE CALLS.
