Overall I was pleased, however the quality was a bit inconsistent as far as the install was concerned. For instance, the quarter rounds on the flooring were in really good shape in most of the rooms, but they were crooked in the main area between our kitchen and dining room. Kind of a bummer since the dining room is hardwood floor & this makes the slanted wood grain stand out like a sore thumb! Bathrooms were inconsistent quality of the quarter rounds. There was a dent in one of the plates in the bathroom that I felt they could have replaced with a new one that they didn't damage. Also, they possibly scratched our new toilet when reinstalling it. However they were very generous in installing it for us instead of the old toilet.

I was a little confused as I was assured by sales person my flooring was waterproof but was told by installers the floor was water resistant not waterproof. I Contacted Empire but never received a response so was a little disappointed.Question has not been answered.

Jacob did an amazing job, very happy with his work and very professional real good personality.

Great experience. I had issues with asbestos and Empire worked with me to arrange installment.

Sales staff was responsive and accessible. Back office customer service not great. Installer did a good job, but showed up late on the first day and had no help.

Make them put everything in writing enumerating every cent of all work involved. The installation crew was fine.
