"Hiring Prowess Tile was hands down the greatest experience with a contracted tile installation. About 2 years ago I had a horrible experience with a contractor who I had hired to lay tile in a small space in the basement entry way.  This previous contractor kept pushing back my project due to larger projects that took longer than expected, so he said.  Worst thing was I paid for materials quoted prior to the start of the project.  Job was rushed and quality did not meet expectations.
