"They were very efficient. All windows in our rental house were removed and replaced with new windows in one day. All old siding was removed and replaced with vinyl siding on the second day. In two days the entire job was complete. Amazing when it was very cold outside in December. The salesman was awesome. Any time we had a question or problem, we could call him and he always took care of it. They were also very responsive and followed up with any issues. A couple of the windows had moisture issues in the winter months and they came back and checked the seals and fixed them. We have not had any problems since. We would highly recommend them.

"We had an amazing experience with Bordner Home Improvement on our siding project. From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). From Stefanie and Crystal in the office helping with questions along the way and Cliff being available almost all day, every day during our week of install. I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they'd find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up. He ensured all of our fears and concerns were addressed and helped us find practical solutions to some placement issues we had with vents, lights and wires on our old house. Everything looks absolutely amazing and we're so happy with our new fiber cement siding! We look forward to working with Bordner on furture home projects (next, we want a red front door)! "Cory Medina, from Collins Roofing, was easy to work with to determine best course of action to reroof our house. He attended the meeting with our insurance adjustor (when drones assessed the damage) and did the communication with our insurance company. No money up front was helpful. Start time was sooner than we anticipated (less than two weeks). Two crews (one for shingle removal and replacement) and second (Bryan Lewitzke) completed window rewraps, awning painting and gutter screen covers. Cory even suggested using black shingles instead of brown, which we agreed to and it looks GREAT with red brick. Would definitely recommend Collins Roofing for making a new, quality roof reasonable."
