"TW Contracting did a complete rebuild of our flooded home — two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and living area — and did an incredible job. Professional, kind, & trustworthy, amazing with my son and even our dogs. Truly went above and beyond. I felt safe enough to leave my door open for them. Highly recommend!"

"Isaac relocated the gate on the front fence. He was able to reuse the existing posts and gate, and so saved material costs. He was there every time he said he would be and on time. The fence turned out great."

"After contacting Eastland Fence, Ryan scheduled a time to give me a bid on my fence repair project immediately. He was on time, professional and was able to help me beyond what I was expecting by also helping to repair a sign post as well. Ryan took care of everything! They fixed damage to a wooden fence, woven fence and reset a post for a sign. The job was finished quickly with quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Eastland Fence."

Fencing questions, answered by experts

Yes, a double fence can keep deer out of your yard by using the deer’s limited depth perception. For example, a 6-foot tall fence with another 4-foot fence a couple feet from the outer fence makes it look more difficult and unsafe for the deer to jump and land safely. You can even mimic the look of a double fence by using wire or a clothesline.

No, fence posts aren’t always set in concrete. If you don’t want to use concrete footings for your posts, expanding foam is a popular alternative. Expanding foam and concrete each have certain pros and cons. For instance, foam is easier to install and more sustainable, but concrete is sturdier and less expensive.

Regular staining, sealing, and inspecting for rot or insect damage prolongs fence lifespan.

Glass has one of the longest lifespans of any fencing materials, lasting anywhere from 10 to 30 years on average. Just how long your glass fence lasts depends on several factors, including how well you maintain your fence, the climate, and the type of glass you use.

If you live somewhere with severe weather like hail, tornadoes, or hurricanes, expect your glass to have a shorter lifespan. Pool glass is one of the thickest tempered glass materials and may last longer than other options—especially compared to laminated glass.

Rabbits are remarkable jumpers, capable of leaping to impressive heights. Generally, they can jump up to 2 to 3 feet vertically, thanks to their strong hind legs and muscular build. This exceptional jumping ability isn't just for fun—it helps them escape predators and reach vegetation otherwise out of their reach. Their agility and power make them one of the animal kingdom's most agile jumpers, adapting their natural talents to navigate their environment with finesse.
