"Dan and his team were excellent. They were very communicative and had good ideas for various floors. The tile and new wood staining came out great. I would definitely use them again. "Our salesman, Nathan was very informative and helpful through our whole project. Erica kept us informed about installing schedule. Even with delays, Erica made sure I had the latest information and never hesitate to call. Our installer for the shower was very polite and made sure he had all supplies. He installed the shower in one day. The counter top was installed three days later. The installer was polite and even came up with solutions when the installed plumbing needed adjustments."

"I was a little confused as I was assured by sales person my flooring was waterproof but was told by installers the floor was water resistant not waterproof. I Contacted Empire but never received a response so was a little disappointed.Question has not been answered."
