"We had them install a new ac unit, and then the next week the furnace went out. AC was installed with no problems. The furnace was a 10 hour job ( on a 30 year old ugly hard to reach furnace) . The guys worked hard and were exhausted. We had a hiccup with the air the next day and Rodne came out and got it fixed, just a wire that was not hooked back up after the furnace was installed, to be honest it was a bit of an irritation the next day, BUT they guys worked their behinds off the night before. Would definitely hire again. Great group of guys. Very hard working, Definitely worth hiring this group, if it isn't perfect they will make sure it is...."

"This was for a washing machine that was not dispensing fabric softener. Initial appointment was scheduled for first thing in the morning, and when the repairman didn't show I had to call. There was an apology and an explanation of a mix up with the workorder tickets, and a new time was set for 11:30am that day. The repairman showed up at 11:30 and worked for a solid 4 hours on the problem, testing many different things and then running tests after installing the new parts to ensure the fix worked. He was great about explaining the issue and the price was reasonable for the time he invested."
