Rob fixed the problem, got it back to normal, and it works beautifully! I found both David and Rob very friendly. I'd use them again."

There was an apology and an explanation of a mix up with the workorder tickets, and a new time was set for 11:30am that day. The repairman showed up at 11:30 and worked for a solid 4 hours on the problem, testing many different things and then running tests after installing the new parts to ensure the fix worked. He was great about explaining the issue and the price was reasonable for the time he invested."
