"I had Shanks Heating and Cooling install a new GeoThermal unit at my home. They were amazing. From start to finish Each team member was respectful and professional. "Randy returned my phone call with in an hour. He showed up when he said he would. and determined I needed a new sump pump. He drove to Home Depot and picked a new one up, came back and installed it. I couldn't have ask for better service. I would highly recommend this gentleman."
