Very nice, informative & on time ! In fact, I paid for the service in the fall that checks the furnace & AC again.... This is the 2nd company that I tried to use from Home Advisor, for the same service & so glad the 1st company I didn't hear from did not feel the need to call me. So happy with this company!!!!!

This was a repair on AC breakdown on one of the hottest days this year, on a Sunday! David arrived on time, found the problem quickly and got it redolved quickly. The price was more than reasonable considering it was Sunday afternoon and not a scheduled appointment.

We had other companies look at the issues we were having (Not getting enough cool air to the second story) and it seemed like the theme was to replace large items for ~$3,000. Air sales came in and found that the issue could be resolved by recharging the air conditioner and clearing out a drain pipe. Refreshing to have a service provider fix the actual problem instead of trying to sell products.

The tech was not dressed in any kind of uniform just a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. He said he would have been dressed accordingly but it was casual Friday. He didn't show any kind of ID to confirm he worked for the company. He showed up 5 hours late and to explain why he was late he said the company over booked him and there were two f#@$king employees on vacation and he continued to say where was his f@%king vacation. I didn't appreciate him using foul language! He also brought his fiancee with him. Furthermore when he came in my home to check out the furnace he just walked right in and never knocked! I used home advisor because I wanted a professional company that I could trust but it did not help at all. The price for the service call was extremely expensive!!! I will never use Home Advisor ever again and will never recommend them to anyone. It was a horrible experience and the sad part is I paid way too much for the bad experience!!!
