Tankless Water Heater - Repair
Polestar is so unbelievably DEFICIENT in every respect (except sales), it is hard to adequately describe them within limited space. Do yourself a favor and STAY COMPLETELY AWAY from this company. Their many, many positive reviews must come from new customers with no follow-up service. Question: how many of the positive reviews are legitimate? My experience has been so terrible that I find it hard to believe it does not reflect who this company really is for all!

Out of everybody that quoted me, they had the middle price, but seemed the most knowledgeable. There were a few communication problems that caused delays, but I would still go with them again for anything that is difficult or needs extra care

They replaced not just our AC but also a new furnace. The estimate was clear and concise, they addressed some old house air handling issues we had. the crew showed up at 9 and was finished by 4:30. I was impressed and the system is definitely cooling this house better than the old one did.

Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
Anthony was on time and cleared the drain fast. While he was out we found a leak in our utility room from the upstairs bathroom and he took the time to explain what was going on and was able to fix it so we didnâ t have bigger problems down the road.
