Our tech was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He worked very clean and left the area clean when he was done. They called before the showed up and were right in the time windows they said they would be. I was having a issue with my washer not filling all the way and after I determined it was not a pressure issue or a clogged hose I knew I need a little help. They were able to troubleshoot and solve the problem very quickly. I would recommend CPC Appliance repair for all my appliances issues.

It took a little time to diagnose the problem, but Jewell was able to get the dishwasher back in working order! I would definitely recommend CPC, and will use them if I ever have appliance problems in the future.

Mr. Barnett was on time, courteous and worked very hard to repair my 15+ year old dryer. Unfortunately, the repairs didn't save me from having to buy a new dryer, but Mr. Barnett did his best. Please thank him for me!

They were very fast to respond to the call and set up an appointment. The repairman was here first thing on the morning of the appointment and was very good and had us up and running very quickly. This was the easiest repair I have ever dealt with. Great job.

The CPC service repairman who serviced my AC unit did a wonderful and very thorough job. He was very detailed and ensured everything was working prperly before he left. I would hire him again for ac related jobs or appliances.

Mr. Jewel exceeded my expectations. I told him it would be convienent for me if he came out in the morning and he made it happen for me. Then he gave me an estimate and drove a little further just to save me an extra 20.00. What a nice guy. He was great and I would definately recommend him to my friends and family. Not to mention he fixed my washing machine in a timely manner. I couldn't happier. CPC should give him a raise in pay.

Excellent work...Identified the 'right' problem with dishwasher which made fixing very easy. While he was at home, offered to fix an issue with fridge- No water through water/ice dispenser. Patiently worked on it till he found the right problem again without resorting to duct-tape solutions and best part was - He spend more time taking out and putting final assembly when we brought up an alignment issue. Knowledgable as a tech and even better as a cusotmer service person
