"I thought about an addition for several years; then interviewed and received bids from about 6 companies. I wanted a workroom with: * built-in storage cabinets and desk * space for the washer, dryer, freezer, and sauna. * ample space for my projects JB Construction’s bid was reasonable and fair. Joe is professional, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. He finds and hires quality subcontractors, and I am impressed with the work that was completed on my addition. He is hands-on, was involved in the process, and checked in often as the work progressed. He actually did quite a bit of the work himself. I really appreciated how Joe suggested improvements that I never would have thought of. These included enlarging the space from 280 to 320 sq ft, adding a sun tunnel when the skylight wouldn’t work with the roof line, a built-in cabinet where a window was removed, an exterior electrical outlet, and an overhead light in the corner cupboard. Joe was able to salvage and reuse the old brick on the front of the addition. This, along with the two original windows integrated the addition seamlessly with the rest of the house. It was done so perfectly; neighbors have asked where the addition was built. I’m extremely picky and am thrilled with my new addition. It’s lovely, functional, and my preferred room in my house. Joe has a lot of repeat customer jobs and I can see why. This was a great experience and I’m glad I went with him. I plan to use JB Construction for future projects and recommend him to everyone I know."

"I normally don’t leave reviews but this company really deserves my 5 star rating! We hired Omni to remodel our late 70’s dungeon basement and they did an Amazing job. We interviewed several contractors but this company listened to what we were looking for and even gave us several different options based on our budget, criteria and design esthetic. They were extremely knowledgeable and even fun to work with, because let’s face it… having people in you’re home during a remodel can be stressful so it’s a bonus when the environment is pleasant and things run on schedule. Now we have an amazing, cozy living space that fits our entire family’s needs, and need I mention a man cave to rival any magazine cover! ? They gave us a quote and they stayed in budget which was also super important to us. In total the cost was $32,000 and worth every penny.
