Shanks service was very good. They gave us an honest opinion on our 11 year old furnace - whereas Climate Control told us it had a crack in the heat exchange. That was not true. Will now use them for twice a year maintenance service - and will never use Climate Control again. So glad to go local with a friendly reliable company. Thanks, Shanks Heating and Cooling.

Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Installation
I had Shanks Heating and Cooling install a new GeoThermal unit at my home. They were amazing. From start to finish Each team member was respectful and professional. They made a stressful situation better by answering my every question, even simple questions, and never made me feel stupid for asking. They were there on time and every time they said they would be there. The price that was quoted was exactly what they said and they even upgraded my thermostat without charge! I would recommend this company to anyone and if you are searching for a new furnace or a/c at a minimum you should give them a chance to earn your business. They are amazing!!!
