"I ended up needing to contact a plumber on a Sunday prior to a Monday holiday to fix my stopped up kitchen drain. After reading reviews for several companies on Angie's, I decided to try Reddi Services. Fortunately, they were able to send Damion as soon as he was available from a prior job. After meeting him, I felt reassured he would be able to fix the problem without any unneeded add-ons. At the same time, he alerted me to possible complications that could arise with my very old and corroded drain pipes, of which I was aware. After repairing the clog issue, there was a tiny leak that appeared at the connection of where a remaining segment of old pipe led into the verticle drain pipe. He explained three possible ways to approach that repair and the possible risks of each. We agreed on a preferred approach. The final charge was more than just to open the drain, but made good sense for all the work he put in and seemed very reasonable under the circumstances.
