I absolutely loved the transparency and customer service. They were willing to help after hours and understood my urgent concern. My wall was leaking! Best plumbing company I have ever used! Tim was so nice and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He let me know what the issues were with my current toilet and was able to solve everything same day. The women on the phone was just a gem too! Highly recommend Clever Fox.
