"The owner, Steve Moore worked within my limited budget to find solutions to my flooring needs. He kept in contact with me throughout the project and started the week after I hired him and his company. One example of the professionalism of his company is when he told me the under layment beneath the kitchen floor might have to be replaced. I thought this might be a ploy to make a few extra bucks. This was not the case, his sons (who did a majority of the work) showed me where the under layment was crumbling.
