Dan did such a great job! He responded very quickly to my message on Angi and gave me a call and was able to come to my house the next morning. As he was working, he showed me what he was he doing and talked me through what to look out for in the future. He was in and out in the morning and I still made it to work on time! Highly recommend.

The service was very professional, and they had to figure out a little bit of mystery of what was happening, they had to order parts and had to come back the next day and install them. But I was very pleased with the explanations they gave, and how they handled their selves. I would hire them again for anything, electrical or, HVAC

This company actually also replaced my furnace and all the duct work that goes with it. Every person that was here was Professional and experienced besides being very honest. Nothing like the companies before them to get a bid . Their workman ship was impeccable and each technician who was here was very courteous and respectful. On a JD Powers award I would give them a 10 across the board.

Unfortunately the hot water heater repair of a new thermal coupler didn?t work but had to buy and pay for it anyway and had to buy a new hot water heater. Wish I would have gotten the $235 back since they took the new thermal coupler with the old water heater. Dan and Brian did a good job getting the new one installed tho.

Came out same day - which was vital, courteous, professional, didn't try to upsell me, just solved my problem and explained how it happened and how to prevent it. HIghest recommendation I can make. Have had bad experiences with other heating/cooling companies seeing every call as an opportunity to sell you a new system but this wasn't the way they do business. Good suggestions to prevent problem in the futre and solved the problem.

We had a really great experience. Dan and Brian were very thorough in their initial evaluation and explained everything, they were very friendly and they sent me a bid quickly. They gave me options to try to repair the unit to save $ but it was 30+ yrs old and needed to be replaced. Their price was very reasonable. They showed up right on time and replaced the whole system by the afternoon and it looks so awesome and clean and it works great! Money well spent and we plan to use them in the future for other properties.

Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience: When they say there is an $85 fee to come out, that is ON TOP of any repair work - they do not credit you that amount toward their fix. They don't explain that when you call and it is different than every other heating/cooling company I talked to. So a 5 minute appointment (and that time included an easy repair that required a tiny 3" piece of hose) cost us $235. There was no quote, no warning, just "that fixed it and that'll be $235 please." And this was after we accommodated their schedule because they were already in our neighborhood. The technician himself was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable, and I would do business with him again, but he said he charges what the boss tells him to charge and there's nothing he can do about the fees or the price of a 5 minute fix. So just know what to expect if you call them to come out. I didn't and it was a bummer.

Very professional

They were very helpful replacing the water heater. They gave tips to prevent it from breaking in the future and even fixed a small problem with my ac while they were there. Will definitely be using them again.

We wanted to run a gas line to our kitchen and initially it looked like it would be really tricky to do it. We are remodeling and wanted to get it done before sealing up the ceiling. The owner called the same evening I sent out a request and had someone out early the next morning. His bid was great and was able to complete the project that day, so we could proceed in our renovations. The worker was patient and helpful and answered our questions and got the job done quickly.

On time, fair price and quality work.

Dan and Brian installed a new Goodman dual fuel heat pump/nat gas furnace for us. Dan pretty much left me free to make my own choices regarding what type of system I wanted. There are so many choices in that regard. He was helpful in giving me his take on the pros and cons of all the different heating and cooling variants. I can't speak to the "value for money" question. It's March 2023 and things are going up in price so quickly. I am satisfied with what I paid for the system. I decided to change some things about how our system was originally installed, Dan and Brian were flexible regarding that and it was something I appreciated about them. They both always explained anything I had questions about. I thought the quality of their work was top notch. I found them both to be very skillful at what they do. Dan is the owner and it was nice to have the owner of the business right there on the job. I'd be remiss not to mention the skill and years of training that Brian has. Also, he's a neatnick; because of his nature I think it would be impossible for him to do sloppy work. The last thing I would mention is, if you want to invite workmen into your home who are professional, respectful, and punctual, these are your guys. I was happy to have them working in my home and would recommend them to you.

The price was reasonable. Definitely will recommend to others.

Called Monday afternoon about my furnace. Replaced the furnace and the air conditioner. Showed at 8 Tuesday morning and completed all work by 4 that afternoon.
