KC Metro was able to come out the day I put in the request and get everything fixed the same day. I was well informed on what they were working on before they started as well being notified of a code violation, which they also took on that, getting it remedied.

Fixed the issue and second issue we hadn't looked into yet at the same time. Fixed the emergency in the evening. Thank you!

I had a gas leak by the furnace. It wasn't until late afternoon that the problem was diagnosed and I called KC Metro Plumbing. LJ kept me informed of when they would be arriving. When they did and saw the problem, after getting the parts, they worked into the evening to get it fixed. Excellent work. LJ and Trey are a great team and I highly recommend this company.

I had the need to replace an outside spigot that had split due to freezing. LJ gave me a call at 11:30 to set up an appointment. Kyle was out at 2 pm and was finished by 3 pm. He did excellent work and the replacement spigot works perfectly! KC Metro Plumbing was less than half the bid I had received earlier in the day, and they had it replaced in the same day! Will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs!

The team they sent was kind, professional and not the type to try to sell you more than you need. They were quick and cleaned well after themselves. Would use them again if needed!

They were excellent with communication and showed up when they said they would. My dishwasher was a little tricky to install and took materials that didn't come with it. The two technicians were fine with that, got the correct hardware and got it installed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They found and repaired the leak in my laundry room ceiling. The cause was Master Bedroom's bathroom toilet was leaking around the flange because it was not secured correctly during the remodel. (I need to right a review on Four Seasons Remodeling ?). So they reset the toilet and repaired flange in an hour. They are quick, honest, and knowledgeable. Great service
