What I got instead was someone walking around the OUTSIDE of my home for about 10 minutes, doing absolutely NOTHING related to the issue, fixing NOTHING, identifying NOTHING, and then charging me $199 for work I never asked for and that provided ZERO value. The dead mouse is still inside untouched because they never even bothered to look. This was NOT a misunderstanding. It was a complete disregard for the customer and a blatant attempt to justify a charge for a service they didn?t perform. It feels predatory, dishonest, and completely unprofessional."
