What a great company! From our initial consultation with Barry to the ground crew Lee, Camryn, and Joshua, this has been an easier process than I could have hoped for. Lee, Camryn and Joshua did a great job raising our entire slab all the way around the house. Professional and courteous- they were always polite and happy to answer any questions I had all week long. They did a great job of cleaning up inside and out. If this crew isn't the number one crew in the nation they should be! You can't go wrong with Foundation Recovery Systems.

They said they couldn't raise the porch after they already used their foam under my porch. I was never informed that it might not be possible to raise the porch. Make sure you get EVERYTHING from them in writing and signed legibly. I could never recommend a company like theirs that isn't completely honest and upfront about their project. Yes, they did keep the money I paid in advance.

Chris Meyer supervisor/foreman very professional , kept us informed of findings, progress, changes. Job more difficult/ time consuming than anticipatedâ team worked hard, long days to complete the job. Was bid at 5 days, Chris thought 2-2 1/2 at start. Had issues arise because of depths of holes required for installation, but just kept working hard to get job done. Chris, Brandon Saunders, Ethan Longbine all polite, pleasant, professional. Great work attitude Happy to have them working inside and out. Did great job maintaining clean worksite inside and out

They encapsulated my crawl space, fixed drainage issues, and addressed previous mildew issues. They came back this year to inspect and they did a fantastic job of ensuring the dehumidifier is working properly, drainage is working and that the crawl space remains sealed without any issues. Jeff F, John B., and Paul H. also installed supporting jacks and added shims where my existing support to my house was sagging. The work they did overall has dropped my electric bills by an average of $30/month and also made the air quality inside my home better.

I live in South West MI, in a high water table area. I had my basement waterproofed. I had the interior floor cut out and had drain tile, a sub pump and dry well installed. The sales professional for my area was Chris Hammac. He helped me with the process and understanding what I was getting. The company matched another quote I received, had a lot better warranty and added some additional work the other quote wouldnâ t do. The crew that came out ( Tyler, Justin, Clayton, Josh , and Draven), were very fast, they did the whole job in about 4.5 hours.( about 96 ft of drain tile, and a 30 ft dig to the dry well they installed) They did a great job, I couldnâ t have asked for more. If you live in South West MI, Iâ d recommend them to anyone.
