"Jeff and Danny came out to my house to bid on 6 new windows. After looking at my windows, they informed me the windows were in great shape and provided detailed information on how I could fix the draftiness. I was flabbergasted and found their ethical behavior unusually honest. If I, or anyone I know, EVER needs windows I would recommend Capital.
