"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

We had him replace siding and all windows, paint outside, a new front door, paint all walls and ceilings inside, replace counter-tops, paint cabinets and trim, remove an interior wall and bar, replace all sinks, add new lighting plus numerous small projects. He checked in daily to make sure the work was getting done properly. We encountered some delays (much of which was out of his control) but he always did everything in his power to make things right. "Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

"The windows were really good quality. They didn't seal them properly the first time, which I noticed when it rained and there was water between the storm and the regular window. But when I called they sent someone out to check and he fixed it for free and I haven't had problems since. I also got some siding done and it looks very nice also."
