"It was great from start to finish.  I called Monday afternoon and was connected to a voice message.  Gregg, the owner/installer called back within 15 minutes.  We discussed repair or replace and contacting the insurance company.  Gregg gave me the direct number for the insurance company's windshield repair specialists.  Gregg then scheduled the work for the next morning.  He arrived at the appointed time and quickly replaced the damaged windshield.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Paul and his partner were great to work with, they arrived at exactly the time agreed upon and worked tirelssly, no breaks moving quickly from one project to the next for 5 straight hours. Although DIY home repairs is not their primary work (carpentry) they took it all on and completed more than I expected to get done in this period of time.
They were completely professional, did quality work and were easy to work with. Paul was very open about not doing work he was not licensed for - plumbing and electrical, but provided advice on how work could be done.
