"With the purchase of a new house, came a fence that was falling over and needing replacement before the next winter totally took it out. We ended up getting bids from 5 different companies, each providing a spin on why their approach was the best and better than the rest. Dan with Top Line Fence, however, kept things very straight forward. He explained the options to us, the benefits of different elements, such as why the value of metal posts may be worthwhile for longevity and integrity, and kept it clear what elements were "nice-to have" versus "recommended". He was easy to speak with and was prompt to reply to my phone calls. The fact that owner is involved, provides the estimates, and answers the phone let me know that I was working with a true local business, and one where if there were issues I could reach someone who would listen and understand my concerns. The best part - Dan's estimate was the best of all that we got! When his team showed to build the fence, they were right on time, courteous, and clear on what they were going to do. All went accordingly and they answered any questions I had, and checked with me when they weren't 100% certain on what we were looking for versus just making a best guess, which I appreciated. The end result was a beautiful, and stable fence! The neighbors also love it, so we've got an unbiased opinion as well. When there was some minimal warping with the gate, Dan came out to take a look, and took care of it himself. I will definitely be working with Top Line Fence again in the future."

"They came out on Tuesday to measure and did post holes Put in posts, and told me they would be back when they had the fencing . On Wednesday, they stayed most of day and put up fencing. "Very happy with owner, salesman, and work crew. They rescued me after another contractor started the fence, then walked off the job. They put up most of the fence in the winter, put up temporary fence in the spots that could not be done due to the season, then returned in the spring to finish. They were very considerate of my indecisiveness by making suggestions that would fit my needs. They were very tolerant of, and pleasant to, my two obnoxious dogs. Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water.  I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."
