"Stay far away from this company. Original project went fine although it was expensive. However the past few months have shown me their true colors as I have tried to get some of the original work fixed. Be aware that they only warranty work for 12 months. We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."

"Excellent. About three years ago, we had Cutting Edge Tile our basement. When the floor was initially installed, it was not level. They did a great job of evening out the floor and setting the tile with no protruding edges. This last January (about 2 years later), we decided to replace the kitchen flooring with tile, and totally remodel the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms (marble wall tile, corner highlights, floor tile, a shower/bath niche, new vanity, lighting, plumbing fixtures, toilet, etc.). We knew who to call. Cutting Edge set the tile in the herringbone pattern we selected for the kitchen. My wife and I love the way it looks. We could not be happier with the way the bathrooms turned out. They took their time to make sure they did quality work. I felt like they treated our house like they would their own.
