Honest 1 Auto Care

Please don't support this company. I have tried for 12 months to get off of their mailing lists. They promise me they will send an email to corporate to get me removed, but I never get removed. They did correct my name, so I know they get the request. Peter won't ever take my call. If they are so honest, why do they keep lying to me. All I'm asking is that they remove me from a mailing list.

Brought in our van for an oil change, (free with coupon) tire rotation, and asked them to address a low tire I was worried about. They dismissed and ignored my request because immediately after leaving (and picking up my kids) the tire was flat and still in the same position. They had not rotated my tires which was on my receipt and let me leave with an unsafe tire on the car. They had not bothered to ask where the lug nut key was (it was where the manufacturer stores it) so they had never even touched the tires. They did replace the tire because at the time they said "there is no way to know" if it was because they had no addressed it earlier or not. Now they are claiming it was a manufacturer defect but tires were still under warranty and could have been returned. I was also supposed to receive a "comprehensive vehicle inspection" per my receipt when I returned to have the tire replaced. It was so comprehensive that they missed a head light that was out (they claim it must have happened in the 12 hours between leaving and discovery.) I will never bring another vehicle to Honest-1 and neither should you.

They are reliable, do what they say they are going to do, and are on time.  They have a nice waiting room where you can watch tv and they serve coffee.  They check with you before they do any work.  Their prices are comparable to other services.  They stand behind their work.

They continue do a great for me. I would highly recommend them to others. They are also very fair in their prices.

The service was excellent. I have used them several times.

They were quick and professional. While I waited my 2 year old loved the and quot;kids roomand quot; with toys and books. They did the oil change, and then let me know about something that would need to be repaired later on, but wasn't an issue quite yet. I appreciated that they explained the issue and didn't act like I needed to repair it right now or my car would explode :)

I thought I was bring my vehicle to Lenfer Auto. When I called I asked for Len all they said is he wasn't there. I find a different name when I get to the place then they told me he retired (which I find out is not true). I should have never spent a dime with them. The name should be Not-So-Honest-1
