North Country Auto Body did a terrific job repairing my car. It was meticulously detailed and looked like it was brand new when they were done. The work was completed in a punctual manner and completed on the date as promised.

I thought it was great. They are pretty fast. It's kind of a family owned business, independent. I am kind of distantly related to the service provider because the parents of my nephew's wife have the business, but I don't get any special treatment or price breaks.

The staff at NCAB was great. Super professional, got the job done when they said they would. Staff there is great.

Northland was very professional. They kept me informed of the progress. It took longer than expected due to the July 4 holiday, but nothing that wasn't somewhat expected. My car looks good as new!

They have great customer service. They were extremely helpful. They took care of all the paper works. They were quick and efficient.

Work was done professionally and within the estimate. Pricing was fair and the jobs completed on time if not earlier. Technicians were pleasant and thoroughly explained things and responded to questions. I would definitely recommend this provider and readily use them again in the future if/when needed.

The people at North Country are very nice. It feels like a family owned business although I don't know if it is. My original estimate was for just over $1,000 but when the work was done I was pleasantly surprised it was $30 cheaper. I was told they were able to get the bumper at a lower cost than expected so they passed along the savings to me. They wouldn't have had to do this so it was nice to see. The work was done very well. I can't even tell my car was damaged.I needed my car repaired because I backed into another vehicle. The right tail light and bumber needed to be replaced. p.s. Angie's list administrators, why are you requiring me to enter a home address and year when the work was performed at the businesses location?

They used the higher quality parts I requested and the price was right for parts and labor.They are friendly and have a very impressive, clean facility.They will even pick up and deliver your car if desired.I will use them again for an oil change, as the 4th oil change is free.

It went great. Our contact at North Country Auto Body was Mark Switzer. Mark was very professional and courteous to my wife. She went to several body shops before deciding to go with North Country Auto Body based on her positive experience with Mark. Mark was the only estimator to actually wipe the damaged area to ensure he could give us an accurate estimate (it was in the middle of winter). Mark went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The repairs were done on time and they look fantastic. They also addressed several dings that were not visible during the initial inspection (not in the damaged area -- other areas which had been covered with salt and snow). I would highly recommended North Country Auto Body.
