Within 20 minutes of my call AJ Alberts plumbers arrived at my home. Colton and Thatcher were professional,friendly and did great work. They were done in 1 hour. New toilet installed and water leak gone. Price was very reasonable and couldn't be happier. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to use their services

I heard recommendations for AJ Alberts Plumbing on a radio station I listen to and called them after finding out we could not turn our sprinkler system on due to a cracked pipe. They came out and assessed the situation, gave me an estimate and proceeded to try to do the required work. They were able to replace the shut off in the house but had to order the correct vacuum breaker before completing repairs outside and replacing the broken pipe. They called as soon as the part came in and came out and completed the work. They were knowledgeable, courteous and prompt and we will definitely call them in the event we need plumbing work in the future. The cost was actually a bit less than the estimate.

Our experience with AJ Alberts was great from start to finish. I requested a quote online and received a follow up phone call within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week. The technician that came to our home was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He looked at our current water heater and recommended a replacement. He honored the Angie's List deal we
initially inquired about even though we upgraded to a slightly different model that more closely matched our current unit. We just paid the price difference for the model we had installed. The tech had to replace a valve that wasn't up to code (since our water heater was 15 years old). The price for the valve came in under what was quoted. He replaced another valve for free because he had some
time while he waited for the water heater to arrive. Everyone we worked with at AJ Alberts was courteous and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Matt and Dan arrived and removed their shoes before reviewing the projects. They were totally professional and easy to work with. Matt discussed the projects with us noting that faucets purchased off the shelf have a lot of plastic parts. In the future we would purchase faucets from them. They installed the faucets, cleaned up and double checked their work. We were totally impressed. When they left everything was cleaned up and they even took the boxes with them. They also provided warranty information on another faucet that was leaking. We were very pleased with everything that was done.

Just a couple notes the work was completed on 11/25 and in addition to the work noted, we also replaced the sump pump cover, completely sealed it to meet code, and cleared debris from the water heater drip "T". According to our records, our technician checked the sump pump operation when on site for the initial call as ordered by the reality company, and did not make a return trip. The Plumber was very professional. He arrived on schedule on Friday afternoon, removed his shoes and reviewed our concerns at all three locations with me. He then promptly worked on the shower, followed by the toilet. He then explained that the Pressure was very high (over 110 lbs.), and showed me on a pressure gauge on the laundry tub sink. He also explained that a new Pressure Reduction Valve would need to be ordered, and that I would get a call to schedule the replacement.
I received a call within an hour, scheduling the replacement for the following Tuesday. The work was completed as scheduled, with a good explanation of how the pressure relief valve worked, that it was set for 55 lbs. of pressure, and that I should call if any concerns arise.
This firm installed a replacement water heater (High Efficiency) 4-5 years ago, and it has been working very well for us, without any problems.
I received a call within an hour, scheduling the replacement for the following Tuesday. The work was completed as scheduled, with a good explanation of how the pressure relief valve worked, that it was set for 55 lbs. of pressure, and that I should call if any concerns arise.

We were not getting very hot water from a tub faucet. The plumber (Steve) came out and was familiar with the faucet and how it worked. He adjusted it up as far as it would go and checked the water temp. Temp now matches that of the other faucets in the house. He asked if there were any other plumbing issues, and offered to review where shut off valves were in the house, etc. While doing this I asked about our washing machine hoses, which were 19 years old. We discussed options and had him install a couple of new hoses.
