His crew showed up the next week (very quick response time from estimate to work completion). There were about 5 people doing the work under Randy's supervision. It took them about 3 hours to do the work. They also inspected and tested the sump pump to make sure it was in working condition.

Since the work was completed we have had some heavy rainfall (about 3 inches) and the basement is dry as a bone.

He discussed our options, and we chose a Bradford White water heater. Mike arranged for an install the next day and disconnected the old water heater.
