"I had a French drain installed in my existing basement to deal with water seepage issues. The job took 2 1/2 days and was challenging due to having to work around footers that supported the stairs. The crew moved through each obstacle with speed and efficiency. I was also impressed by how clean they were. They even put up plastic walls to keep dust out of the rest of the basement. When they left, the floor was probably cleaner than when they arrived! With all the recent rain I can now hear the water trickling from the new drain pipe into my sump pit. Much better than on my floor..."

"I spend very little time in my unfinished basement because it's damp.  When I noticed cracks in a wall - I contacted my home inspector who recommended getting an opinion from GGardner.  Randy Gardner came, checked things out and explained in terms that I could understand.  He offered a discount because of the two projects, and there was a coupon on the Angie's List website.  His crew was able to do the work of doing concrete reinforcement of the wall at risk, adding a buttress wall, and install drain tile system with a sump pump - the next week, when I was conveniently off work.  They came on time, got the job done and cleaned up nicely afterwards.  Randy was on site the whole time too.  While I haven't been through the soggy spring season yet, I'm expecting this to be extremely helpful - and just might finish the basement sometime.  I would definitely recommend this contractor."

"Our water heater had been leaking. I contacted Dean’s Home Services on Thursday AM 3/5/2026. Their representative Mike Washburn arrived that afternoon. He discussed our options, and we chose a Bradford White water heater. Mike arranged for an install the next day and disconnected the old water heater. At 8:00 AM the next day installers Cody Washburn and Sebastian arrived. The new water heater was installed in an hour and a half. The old heater removed and cleanup completed. We had hot water in less than 24 hours after our original call. Mike, Cory and Sebastian were very helpful and professional. We could not be happier!"

"Pure professional and family men which made my wife & daughters feel comfortable having complete strangers all over my house. They are great at what they do & would highly recommend the company to anyone who wants to get the issue fixed. I had a water heater & 2 toilets installed. Clean, respectful and amazing crew. I just realized 1 of my toilet installed was apparently not as robustly glued to the ground so I placed a call & they are already on their way to fix it. Stuff happens is what I believe in but what counts is the dedication to acknowledge and fix it and most imp not hear about the cost as its within their warranty time frame. FYI - Many incl myself do believe they might be a little bit pricey BUT for a few extra dollars I rather have pure professional do the job & a reputed company. Glad I chose them."
