Quote process was on time, Sean was very professional and on time. Install of system was fast. Things changed from quote that I was not advised of though and I felt I should have been advised. For example, I was quoted 8 zones, and 28 sprinkler heads. I got 5 zones and 19 sprinkler heads when all said and done. I bought my own smart sprinkler controller and a separate zone for an upper garden(which we did not do) was quoted. Sean said he would credit me for the controller, and the separate garden zone off the original quote, however, when the bill came the day following installation these items were still included with the balance due, of $3823. I called to dispute the charges and Sean apologized for the oversight on the billing, and corrected that right away. I mentioned the zones and head issue and Sean said that quoting was not highly precise. He said he included an inline sediment filter (not included with original quote) that offset the zones and head issue. I had a couple of problems after installation that NW responded and took care of right away. So from a service perspective they were very good. But I was not happy with quoting process or the final billing because I felt the inline filter did not offset the reduction in zones and sprinkler heads. So overall, I give the process in general 3 stars. 5 for service, and 1 for quoting and billing.

The leak repair was very involved and required a lot of digging. I thought this might take several hours to fix, but was completed in an hour or so.

We just moved in to our new house, and the association required a sprinkler system to be installed. Sean came out to give us a quote and was very personable and knowledgeable. He really understood what we wanted before we even said anything. Their Toro product is truly amazing and high quality. Even when two sprinkler heads were installed on our neighbors property (because the property line was not clear at all), Sean had a team come out and move them at no charge. We'll be using Northwest for all future sprinkler system needs.

Russ came out and was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He fixed the issues, taught me how to optimize my clock, explained all the components of the system, taught me about common pitfalls, and how to look at the lawn to recognize those pitfalls. Highly recommended. Will definitely call them in the future.

These people were amazing! Communication was great and they worked with me and my builder to ensure we had the correct hookups for the lake irrigation system before installation. System works great! We initially thought there was a slight problem with the system and he said he would have someone come out right away the next day. Luckily it worked itself out works great, but just shows their willingness to make any potential issues right if they arise! Would hire again! Will definitely use for maintenance on the system too.

We worked with Sean Walsh. No pressure he worked with us on the price included free rain detector and winter blowout. He had a good idea about how to water the veggie garden. I have a in ground pool in my back yard their equipment didn't fit through the garage doors they saved my tree and took down part of the fence to get back there. They are very efficient team and cleaned up everything. We are very happy with everything.

Installed a irrigation system

I worked with Sean for several years. He installed the sprinkler system at my home and serviced it for a dozen years or so. He was always prompt, thorough, and very pleasant to work with. When I sold the house I was confident that the new owner would have a system that was in excellent working order, even though it was an older system. Sean was fantastic, and I would recommend him to others withou hesitation! Price for services may have been higher than others, but having Sean do the work made the cost worth it.

Like others have said, NW is not the least expensive quote you will get, but they have installed a solid system at our house that has been trouble free with the exception of a couple of heads getting some sand in them (which NW came out and fixed free of charge).  I recommended them to our neighbors and 7 others bought systems from them and I look like the neighborhood hero because they are all enjoying trouble free system and great service from NW.
Oh and the work they had to do because we put in a deck.  Our contractor all of a sudden came out while we were at work and started framing the deck even though we thought we had 4 days before they would start.  I called NW and Mona said she would do her best to get a couple of guys out that night.
Sure enough, 8:30 at night these two exhausted guys came out (because they worked all day) and told me, "no problem, too much work is a good thing" and worked until dark and got the job done.  Totally impressed with the quality of the work and the well organized work they do.  
Unlike others in the neighborhood that used another company...NW did not cause a pile of damage to our yard on the install, and they CLEANED UP after themselves!  People were envious just from the clean yard after they finished.

Last fall i contacted 3 irrigation companies for bids on a system.  They weren't the cheapest, but they were fair and in the middle of the road.
A couple of reasons i chose them.
1 - they did NOT pressure me. One of the bids i got the guy was totally high pressure sales, so i really appreciated the in depth and knowledgeable bid and that they left me to make my decision.
2 - Sean was very patient in answering all my questions, understood that the amount of money being spent and the decision to spend it, and made me feel that their customer service was going to be there.
When they came to install the system, the team in place was excellent.  all very friendly and professional.  They were in and out in less than a day and were patient with me in making my decisions about where to place the sprinkler heads.  And left me knowing how to turn on/off and change selections on the system box.
So back to the customer service part - has been excellent!  This spring i called to ask how to turn the system back on.  i dug up one of the heads when landscaping, had an small issue with a couple of the heads not turning off.  Sean always gets back to me quickly and resolves the issues fast.  
i recommend these guys to one of my co-workers and yesterday he said he contacted them and thanked me for recommending them.  said he found them helpful and thought their knowledge was right one and would use them in the future.  it made me feel good to hear that and reminded me to write this review!

Sean Walsh and his team arrived right on time at 8:30 am and worked throughout the day to complete the job. They were very efficient and cleaned up behind themselves thoroughly. Then they explained the system operation to me as they were testing it. Their price was very good and they use high quality materials including Toro spray heads and controller. The system works great and I love listening to the sweet sound of silent and effortless watering. Then, a couple weeks later, I needed a little help setting up a special program and they sent one of the guys out to show me what to do. They are very professional and courteous. Thanks, Sean!
