Justin went above and beyond in installation of the sump pump which I purchased from him. He found a few things which needed to be corrected and he corrected them. "We had them replace plumbing fixtures in our bathroom remodel and install in-line water heater to provide point of use hot water to a distant bathroom from our water heater. In addition, they replaced a deteriorating concrete laundry tub and replaced a shut-off valve for an outdoor water faucet that was leaking."

"I was going to have some work done to my basement and needed the water heater moved. It was time replace the heater so I asked Northern if they could remove the heater and install the new one the next day. They were fine with that. The workers were very professional and friendly. The installer took the time to explain all the controls and maintenance. Very pleased with results"
