"I spend very little time in my unfinished basement because it's damp.  When I noticed cracks in a wall - I contacted my home inspector who recommended getting an opinion from GGardner.  Randy Gardner came, checked things out and explained in terms that I could understand.  He offered a discount because of the two projects, and there was a coupon on the Angie's List website.  His crew was able to do the work of doing concrete reinforcement of the wall at risk, adding a buttress wall, and install drain tile system with a sump pump - the next week, when I was conveniently off work.  They came on time, got the job done and cleaned up nicely afterwards.  Randy was on site the whole time too.  While I haven't been through the soggy spring season yet, I'm expecting this to be extremely helpful - and just might finish the basement sometime.  I would definitely recommend this contractor."

For my final appointment to turn on the heat pump for the first time, they gave my appointment time to another customer, when i called to ask why no one showed up at my scheduled time. They then tried to accommodate me on the same day, by having a person come to my home, about an hour-plus beyond my scheduled time in the very late afternoon."
