The work was done in two days; at multiple points the installer would ask me to come in and look, so he could explain to me what he was doing. The workers were very efficient and polite in answering my questions, and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this company -- I couldn't be happier with my new shower!"

The first one two nearly a month to get back to me after looking over the job-needless to say I didn't hire him. Another had me send pictures of the job, which I did-I never heard back from him. These days a lot of contractors want to sell you a "package" that includes new fixtures, which some of us don't need. It was very refreshing to work with North Point Services, who did only the work needed, and did not try to sell me on things I didn't need. "Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"5 Star did a great job on our on suite shower replacement in one day! Didn’t think it was possible! Took everything down to studs and replacement went in smoothly. True craftsmanship and they did an excellent job on post installation cleanup! We had one issue with a leaking shower control valve post installation and they replaced the valve no questions asked. Project was expensive but I would certainly recommend them for the same type of work!"
