Terrific job on our old carpets. Great advice regarding cleaning chairs and a sofa. Not everything needed to be cleaned or would have been a good idea because of the material.

I had been updating a rental property that had multiple stains on the stairs and while remodeling decided to leave my shoes on to walk in and out and by the end of the project the stairs were filthy. I happen to work for a company that manufactures commercial and industrial cleaning equipment - anything from vacuums to street sweeper sized machines. I used one of our cleaners for the rest of the house and did see great results but a main hallway and the stairs were still not great. Exceptional Carpet Care came in and cleaned the stairs and hallway and they seriously looked brand new. I couldn't believe how great they looked. Additionally, they were available almost immediately and the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them for anybody looking to clean their carpets.

Fantastic. He was early and cleaned some carpet I thought we might have to replace. I will be hiring him again to clean carpet in other portions of our house and on a regular basis going forward. 5 stars out of 5!

Just a few days prior to moving out of my apartment, my original carpet cleaner called up to tell me unfortunately they could not clean it anymore.
I got left a bit high and dry, and called up Troy to see if he could help me out at such short notice. He went out of his way to stop by for an appraisal on the same day. He was able to load up a portable unit into my third floor apartment that faced away from the street and set about cleaning it the following day. Thanks to him I'll be getting my entire deposit back.
I took no joy in strongarming someone into hustling in and doing something on the spot, but Troy was able to help me out during a pretty stressful time, he arrived early and did a good job.
I am looking forward to doing further business with him. Recommended!

Troy came out and gave us an estimate and scheduled a time to clean our carpets. My husband was home at the time and said Troy was very professional and efficient. I had a couple of spots pop back up in a day or so and Troy was right back at our house treating the spots. The carpets look great and I definately recommend Troy!

Troy was excellent. I called looking to simply leave a message as it was 6pm on a Friday. Troy answered the phone and was at our house at 9am the next morning to look things over and provide an estimate. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to converse with. His rates were reasonable and fair...and considering how beautiful the carpets look, I truly feel his services are a tremendous value. We had one small pet stain that didn't fully come out...but after one quick text message to Troy he was back out the next day to specially spot treat the stain that ended up disappearing before our eyes. Hands down Exceptional Carpet Care is an excellent business, experts in the trade and we will surely be using them again in the future. Troy is fabulous. He has been cleaning my carpets for a couple of years and my parents house as well. We have white carpet and 2 boys with lots of little friends. He is a miracle worker. After he is done my carpets look like new. Prior to finding Troy we had used other carpet cleaning services, but they did not do as good of a job and they were more expensive. He is very professional and always does his best to accommodate special events. I would never want anyone else cleaning my carpet. He also did my in-laws carpets that had not been cleaned in 15 years. Their carpet looked amazing. Our carpets were in especially bad shape this time due to a remodeling project. I was worried about some of the spots coming out, but they look fantastic.

Troy was great to work with. He was able to get my job done on short notice and the carpets look wonderful. They dried quicker than expected and all the stains came out. I am very pleased with his service and will be calling him to do the bedrooms later on this year.

They actually exceeded my expectations. I thought there were some parts that they had a hard time getting clean, and it actually looks great. The price was reasonable, and he was responsive. I was able to get it done within a week or so from the time I first talked to him. He was able to get out here and get the job done quickly, and did a nice job job of explaining what things I needed to move, and what things he would move. He probably did more things than he said he would, which was nice. The price was reasonable for the work that he did, and the quality was excellent. The carpets dried within a day, which is what he told me. He was there when he said he would be, and the job was great. I saw a minor thing after he had finished the job, and he was out the next day, and got it cleaned up. This was after I had paid him, and he could have been difficult about it, but he wasn't.

The service and results were outstanding. Troy arrived on time, was very professional and cleaned the carpets beyond expectations. He was able to remove old stains that past carpet cleaners were unable to remove. The carpets look great. Provider was on time to look at the proposed work and provide an estimate for the cleaning. Based on his price we agreed on two dates to do the upstairs and downstairs carpets. Provider was on time for both appointments and did an excellent job.

Purchased a previously owned home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before moving in. The carpets didn't actually look particularly dirty, but I just wanted to clean it all and make it fresh, I guess. I called several places after reading reviews on Angie's list. On the phone, Troy described the work he would do and gave me a rough estimate (based on my guess of the carpeted area, which I think is about 3100 sq ft). After talking to a few companies, we decided to go with Troy.
We called back a few days later, he came by the house right away to do an in-person evaluation and give a more precise estimate. He was immediately available to do the cleaning, too - no waiting around 2 weeks for a slot! We vacuumed like mad the night before he was scheduled to arrive. He arrived at the agreed-upon time, was polite and friendly, worked efficiently. The house is large, so the whole process took about 3 hours. The front door needs to be a tiny bit open to allow the hoses to enter the house, so lock up your pets and be realistic about heat escaping (we still had snow on the ground at the time).
What else can I say? We're happy with the service performed and would recommend this business with enthusiasm.
