Andrew and his team did an incredible job. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially given the quality of the windows. Andrew has a range of windows to choose from, which I appreciated because I did not have a huge budget available and wanted quality windows, but did not need top of the line ones. He has his own team that installs the windows and they are fantastic. I had 17 windows replaced over 2 years and they did an excellent job on every one. Also, Andrew is super responsive. He would return my calls within one to 2 hours and always kept me updated on when windows were scheduled to arrived. I had a fantastic experience with Discount Windows and would hire them again in a second.

Everything went as planned, in fact better than planned- since the windows came in earlier than expected! From the initial appointment with Andrew, to the installation, it was seamless. Andrew was very responsive in getting back to me when I had questions about my window choices, and about the financing options. The men who installed the windows were on time, professional, neat, efficient, friendly, and worked well as a team. This is the second time I have used Discount Windows in two years- the last time I had them replace my patio doors, and that was an equally good experience! The windows look great!

I am delighted my 4 windows were replaced by Discount Windows. The windows are a visual improvement providing peace and quiet with triple pane. The design of these windows will make them so much easier to clean vs my old ones. The installation crew upgraded the trim around the windows and the backdoor, which really brightened up the space. Plus they fixed my back door so it does not stick upon opening and closing anymore! They finished ahead of schedule and were efficient. I am looking forward to saving money on my energy bill. I was introduced to discount windows by a neighbor. I wasnâ t quite sure if I was ready to replace my front door but Andrew made the process so simple. Once our door came in the install was quick and easy. Andrews crew was respectful and very neat. I love my new door!

This week, we had all of our windows replaced in our house by Discount Windows. The entire process was so positive - from our first meeting with Andrew to the final installation. We got 4 other quotes, including another one for the Sunrise windows that we purchased. Discount Windows had the most competitive pricing, but beyond that, Andrew was accessible and responsive throughout the process without putting pressure on us. The wait time was as expected once we ordered the windows, and they were able to install within a few days of receiving them. The installers were wonderful - professional, easy to have around, hard-working, and the final product is fabulous! I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. This was a custom fit and took a lot of skill to fit the windows to the old opening. They look amazing! The customer service was excellent and I was treated honestly and respectfully. As a female client that means a lot today. I am extremely happy with the Discount Windows! They took out an old window in our ranch-style home and replaced it with a beautiful sliding patio door. I met with many contractors before deciding on Discount Windows and they were by far the most professional and best priced. Installation was a dream. I had contacted many company's to give me a quote for my three windows that needed to be replaced. The more I had come to the house, the more confused I got. Finally I decided to pick the window I wanted, than find a company that installed them. I saw all the positive reviews for Discount Windows, and the after meeting with Andrew and having him tell me that if down the road I had any problems with the installation of the windows, they would take care of it, I decided to contract them to install the windows. The entire process was easy and hassle free. The Installers did a great job and were very polite and knowledgeable. Though I have not had the windows very long, they seem perfect in every way. They let in more air on cooler days, and seal really well on hot days. They are Sunrise Verde windows. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of replacing their windows.

They were quick with a quote, at very good price, and didn't try to up-sell. They installed very fast and professionally with no issues since installing. Our house was built in 1970, its original windows were wood. Discount Windows guy came out the same day we called, measured our windows, no pressure sales. Had our quote that same day.Quote was about 10% less than other 2 companies.We contracted them to replace all our windows. We had a crew of 3 installer finish the job in a day and a half. They replaced the windows, and wrapped outside with aluminum to match our siding.We were very impressed with our entire experience with Discount Windows; from the timely and detailed quote, the quality of the windows and the workmanship, the efficiency and friendliness of the workers, to the spotless condition in which they left both the interior and exterior of the house.

Very quick to setup an appointment, always on time. 4-6 weeks lead time, but had my installation done only 4 weeks after the order!They were beyond exceptional with everything. Guys were very professional and pleasant to work with! They left everything so clean and took care of disposing all trash. The job was completed on time.

Got good pricing, about 20% less than competitors. Had 12 windows installed, and a front door. Everything looks great, but the door is especially beautiful. My wife loves it!

The Discount Windows team worked with my new HOA to coordinate the installation of a completely new sliding glass door into my existing basement wall. The work was done in a few days and the end result was a beautiful door and professionally finished residing and interior trim.
